Old Age50 x 50 cm, oils on circled canvas | Eclipse40 x 60 cm, oils on canvas | Under the Bodhi treeAcrylics on canvas, 33 x 33 cm, framed
The Bodhi Tree, also known as Bo, "peepal tree", or "arasa maram", was a large and ancient sacred fig tree located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India, under which Siddhartha Gautama, the spiritual teacher who became known as the Buddha, is said to have attained enlightenment or Bodhi. |

At the waterfall30 x 21 cm, acrylics on canvas, framed
Inspired from Van Gogh`s 'Stary Night', this small painting is meant to transport you into a world not quite so real as the one we live in.
It has something of the nature of a dream. The raw and vivid colours make it somewhat unfamiliar from what we normaly experience in day-to-day life.
Maybe you want such a door to escape through. Maybe it beckons you with something you cannot quite put your finger on. No need to. | State of mind #121 x 30 cm, oils on canvas | State of mind #221 x 30 cm, oils on canvas |

BuddhaCharcoal on grained paper, 52 x 42 x 2.5 cm (framed), ready made frame with protective screen
The Buddha, or the Awakened One, is one of the key figures in human history. Born a prince, he turned away from all privilege and from the family that he had, in order to find the solution to human suffering. | A dreamer in a dream world102 x 76 cm, oils on canvas, float-in black frame
'A dreamer in a dream world' represents the nature of universal consciousness and the place of the individual within it. A fundamental theme that defines the artwork is that of change, hinting at the ephemeral and fleeting nature of reality, with its creator mingled within it. | Sunset #340 x 50 cm, acrylics on canvas |

 Singularity80 x 80 cm, oils on canvas
If metaphysicians and theorists are correct, all that we see sprung from a single point. This is surrounded by nothingness, blurred nuances that express the vastness of the unknown.
Maybe our entire Universe is a singularity waiting to explode and create a new world. | Creatures of the night #1Oils and pen on A3 paper, framed | Creatures of the night #2oils and pen on A3 paper, framed |

Freedom from the known60 x 80 cm, oils on canvas
Freedom is not a quality that someone or something can give or take from us. We do it to ourselves; we do it when we choose to atach or detach from an image of what we think freedom is.
Our biggest burden is our own thoughts, beliefs & identity; because through them we shape our reality and decide what is good and what is wrong. Focusing on our mind, we forget our soul; and HE is screaming to be heard, to be given a vote in the matter; and he suffers. | Origins50 x 40 cm, acrylics on canvas, framed | Complements60 x 60 cm, oils on canvas
Man and Woman, regardless in which category you posit yourself, it is clear that we are all humans. This painting represents exactly this, that we are a whole (circle) with different orientations.
Both are complementing each other, one bringing to the table what the other lacks.
Instead of focusing on the differences between genders, this painting strives to bring into focus the common ground we all share. |

Beautiful ugliness50 x 40 cm, acrylics on canvas board
There is no such things as something ugly. One can find beauty in everything; it is just a matter of looking. One must rid oneself of any filter that can harm the original picture, leaving thus behind prejudicies, appearances, knowledge and pride. |

Flowing into reality60 cm diameter, acrylics on canvas
Existence flows on the waves of time and space, creating this mesmerizing dance of being and not being, of human and non-human, visible and invisible. This flow of life I tried to immortalize in this painting, with Sky melting into Earth and creating this soup of individuality. | Vivid dream60 x 60 cm, acrylics on canvas, framed
With big admiration in mind for Van Gogh, him being one of the very first contacts that I had with the art world long before I started painting, automatically becoming one of the role models that I have for this creative skill, I ventured to incorporate his style in my vision of the world. | A silent momentAcrylics on grained paper,

 Sunset #1Soft pastels on grained paper, 15 x 20 x 2 framed

Beauty can be found in the smallest of things. In a moment of solitude, where the mill of thoughts that usually grinds our attention is still, allowing the unspeakable to be glimpsed, even if for a fleeting moment in the boundlesness of the present by our preferential mind. In such moments the boundaries, that usually divide the world into things and actions, dissolve. | Sunset #214 x19 cm

Have you ever wondered what life is? What is actually taking place when we say ‘I am’ or when we look around and see a world of infinite capacity? Have you ever looked at the sky on a clear night and get a feeling of sadness mixed with reverence and awe? There is a marvelous thing indeed that we are alive on this Earth and that we get to experience life as human beings. | Burning skyAcrylics on grained paper

Inspired from J.M.W. Turner's 'The fighting Temeraire', this nautical piece of art is what your eyes can feast on while still away from your holiday.
Initially started as a sketch, it ended up in one of the most vibrant works of art from within my gallery. |

Winter is hereAcrylics on grained paper, 50 x 40 cm (framed), ready made frame with protective screen
With its eighth and final season, Game of Thrones is about to fill, once again, our brains and discussions with the fantasy world of dragons, queens and white walkers.
This painting is the grand moment of season seven`s finale, when the Night King came riding on Viserion destroying the wall, inviting winter and zombies to descend upon the mortals of Westeros. | A storm in the Universe #3Acrylics on A3 paper, not available | Formless forms40 x 50 cm, acrylics on canvas, not available |

The contrast between the known, our planet and its landscapes, and the unknown, the Universe all around Earth, is represented through colors.
Something that becomes known to us starts slowly to loose its mystery, similar to a magician`s trick; while the unknown is still full of possibilities and our mind can run havoc. |

“If you knew yourself for even one moment, if you could just glimpse your most beautiful face, maybe you wouldn’t slumber so deeply in that house of clay. How many a time did man consider his stuborness a virtue? Too many I would say and way too confident of it also.
If one could let go of one`s decisions and ambitions, maybe a little life would pierce one`s tower of solitude and all that does not matter would crumble away. |

Void40 x 30 cm, acrylics on canvas, not available
Everything around us is mostly comprised of space. Even our bodies and the reality we see and consider as material, are but atoms kept together by strange forces.
The colors that abashes one are an illusion created by light; so why wouldn`t all material things be just another illusion?
Void reminds me of our lack of knowledge and the vastness of the Universe; every small dot is a Sun if not a agalaxy; a good example of how intricate All is. | Clar de Luna60 x 50 cm, acrylics on canvas, not available
For many a time the Moon, full of melancholy and wonder, was found in the hearts of artists and writers as their creations` motif.
The reflection of the celestial object isa represenntation of man (water being a wordly substance) as a mirror for all the beauty the Universe has to offer. Being distorted it shows the flaws of men; but it can reach perfection if we could just 'calm our waters'. | A study of clouds # 215 x 15 cm, oils on canvas, not available |
